Our goal is to offer you reliable shipping, no matter where you live in India. We pack every order from our Raipur studio and aim for the highest level of service.
Orders of ₹999 and above ship free. Orders below that amount are charged a flat shipping fee of ₹79. The fee shown at checkout is the fee you pay.
Delivery time
Delivery time is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: order verification, quality check, and packaging. Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre within 24 hours after the order is placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Shipping time: the time it takes for items to reach you from our fulfilment centre. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Remote pin codes may take a little longer. You can follow progress any time on Track your order.
Cancellation policy
You can raise a cancellation request within the first 24 hours after placing the order, provided the order has not already been packed or shipped.
To cancel:
- Sign in to My account and note your order number.
- WhatsApp the order number to +91 98765 43210, or email contact@tinydrapes.com.
If the parcel has already been handed to the courier, it cannot be cancelled. You may use our returns and exchange policy after delivery instead.
Prepaid orders cancelled in time are refunded to the original payment method. Cash on delivery orders that are cancelled in time are simply not dispatched.
