Return policy
- Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- A pickup fee of ₹99 is deducted from the order value.
- Refunds are issued as store credit, valid for 1 year.
- Hair accessories and cloth diapers are non-returnable.
- Sale items under ₹499 are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order.
- Items must have their original tags attached.
- Products with stains, marks, or visible damage will not be accepted.
Exchange policy
- Exchange requests are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- A pickup fee of ₹99 is charged for exchanges. Our support team will share the UPI details.
- After 7 days, exchange requests will not be accepted.
- Sale items under ₹499 are not eligible for exchange.
- Exchange items are dispatched only after the returned item is received and passes quality inspection.
- Products must have their original tags attached. Items with stains, marks, or damage will not be accepted.
How to return or exchange
Simple steps to get started:
- Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and the email or phone used while placing the order.
- Select the item(s) you want to return or exchange. We will confirm what is eligible.
- For an exchange: choose 1 replacement item (same product or a different one). Pay the ₹99 handling fee. The fee is charged once for your first exchange on that order; additional exchanges on the same order are free.
- For a return: you can return one or more eligible items in a single request. Upload or send clear photos of each product.
- Submit. After we receive and inspect the item, store credit is added to your account. The ₹99 processing fee is deducted from the store credit amount.
