Refund and Returns Policy - tinydrapes

We put in a lot of time and love into products and your satisfaction is very important to us!
Any item that may have been damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately. But only if you send us an unboxing video!
All we ask is that you drop us an email(tinydrapes02@gmail.com) along with a photo & unboxing video of the damaged product and we will be happy to send you a new piece.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene precautions. However, we accept exchanges in case of any size issue, to be send back to us within 2 days of date of delivery.
In this case, you would bear the shipping costs to return the product and also for getting a new one in exchange.
Return not acceptable.

Metros: Please allow 4-5 working days for the courier to be delivered post-dispatch

We cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions, and Courier Company caused delay in delivery time. However, we will ensure to keep you well informed in case of any unforeseen delay with your order.
